DAAD Conference "Internationalisation of Universities of Applied Sciences - Strategy, Practice, Perspectives"

This month, a delegation from HSWT took part in a joint conference of the DAAD programme "HAW.International" and the "FHnet" network at Nuremberg Institute of Technology.

Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity, Prof. Dr habil. Carsten Lorz and EU officer Meike Dlaboha enriched the programme with a keynote speech on the topic of "EU Strategy UAS and UAS.International as a driver for internationalisation and research at UAS", followed by a panel discussion.

In poster sessions, project coordinator Eva Zech presented the development of international study programmes in the DAAD-funded project "HSWT goes international: internationalising best practices" and Meike Dlaboha presented key findings from the project "EU Strategy UAS: From EU Young Talent to EU Lighthouse".

The event provided a valuable platform for exchanging views on the prospects for the internationalisation of UASs and best practices from the participating projects.

Many thanks to the representatives of the DAAD, the FHNet network and Nuremberg Tech for the excellent organisation of the event.
