Sina Göppel studied a dual Bachelor's degree in Agriculture at the Weihenstephan Campus, specialising in animal production. Today, the research assistant is working on her doctorate at the HSWT.
In her research, she is focussing on the amino acid supply of organically reared turkeys in order to provide the animals with optimal feed. Using specially prepared feed, she carries out a behavioural analysis of the animals to determine the effect of feeding on different turkey species.
