The aim of this specialised course is to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the field of fruit processing and marketing. The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of the different types of fruit, their quality criteria and usability.

Participants also learn how to optimally store, dry and preserve fruit to ensure a long shelf life and the best possible quality. Furthermore, the practical production of fruit juices, jams, dried fruits and canned fruits is part of the further training in fruit processing.

The course content on fruit marketing then includes the expansion of sales markets worldwide. Here, the technologies and processes used as well as the preservation and drying methods are covered.
