HSWT has developed a new bio-diesel bed reactor that can break down microplastics with the help of fungi and bacteria without leaving any harmful residues.
Bio-based insulation materials are considered a climate-friendly alternative, but have rarely been used to date. The BioDämm research project at HSWT has investigated why this is the case and what role local authorities play in this.
The Hyp4Blume project is using a hydroponic cultivation process to further develop the sustainable, environmentally friendly and regional production of cut flowers and greenery.
