Details on registration and use

  • Registration is activated at the beginning of the quarter (from 1 November, 1 February, 1 May, 1 August).
  • Licences are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Re-registration is possible, but first-time users have priority.
  • The licence is activated for 3 months on the 15th of the starting month (15 November-14 February, February-May, May-August, August-November).
  • At the end of the 3 months, the experience is evaluated and the licence can be further used or surrendered as required.
  • Upon full completion of an e-learning course, a certificate will automatically be issued attesting to the scope and content of the course. If applicable, the achievement can be credited in qualification programmes. There are usually short learning checks at the end of the e-learning to ensure that the course has been completed in full.
  • The licence users per quarter form a cohort. The Graduate Academy supports peer exchange on learning content within the cohorts - information on this is available separately.
