Why did you choose the Organic Food & Business degree programme?
Since my training as a chef in an organic restaurant, I believe that organic farming is a key path towards sustainable Agriculture. I wanted to continue in this direction and also gain practical insights, which is why I chose the degree programme at the HSWT.
What tips can you give first-year students?
A certain basic knowledge of Agriculture is already required. If you are one of the many who do not yet have this basic knowledge, don't hesitate to ask lots of questions - your fellow students will be grateful.
