Nutrition and food supply management operations are growing significantly in importance. On the one hand, this relates to the link between nutrition and health, quality management, and nutrition education. On the other hand, it also involves the increasing importance of greater integration of economic considerations into human food supply.
There is a strong demand among employers for specialists with practice-based expertise in food production, analytics, quality assurance, health care services and economics, as well as in business management and law. We have designed this seven-semester degree programme in nutrition and food supply management to specifically meet these requirements.
The close integration of agricultural production, processing, commerce, and catering offers students the unique opportunity to study nutrition and food supply through the entire food production supply chain.
