The Student.Service is open to all students.
Its responsibilities include:

|Wednesday||9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.|
|Thursday||8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.|
|Friday||8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.|
Outside the lecture period
|Mon. - Fri. (except Wed.)||8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.|
|Wed.||9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.|
Student.Service is closed during the following periods due to semester assignments:
|Winter semester||around 18 February*|
to around 10 March**
|Summer semester||around 8 August* |
to around 15 September**
* If this day falls on a Tuesday, Student.Service will also be closed on the preceding Monday.
** If this day falls on a Thursday, Student.Service will also be closed on the Friday.
We will, of course, still be available in urgent cases. When the office is closed, please contact the relevant academic affairs staff.
