Folio is live
The HSWT libraries have successfully switched to the new library management system FOLIO (Future of Libraries is Open)
FOLIO is a modern, flexible open source system that meets the changing requirements of the ongoing digitalization at universities of applied sciences.
We would like to thank our staff, the computer centre and the central office of the Bavarian Library Network for their excellent cooperation over the last few very labour-intensive months of test migrations, corrections and training.
The library now has a modern system at its disposal that combines all library work processes from lending and acquisitions to the administration of e-media licences.
Our customers will particularly notice the new library catalogue with its modern, clear design optimised for mobile use and the improved filter options. University members can now log in via Shibboleth, while external customers log in as usual using their library number.
