The research station, in collaboration with the Lindau fruit growers, invites you to a tour of the trial fields. In addition to the information stands, there will be a presentation on the use of drones.
Once again this year, the Schlachters research station for pomiculture at Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences (HSWT) is opening its doors for its traditional field day. Those interested can look forward to an exciting programme featuring information stands in the experimental field on the following topics:
- ResiObst – Lean Training & Variety/Rootstock Combinations
- Plant Protection – 2026 Season
- Beneficial insects in fruit growing – mobile flowering structures
- Apple allergies – effects of cultivation practices
- Quality promotion – organic production / IP
- Digitally-assisted irrigation – overview of results
