At the Spring School, students from all departments can learn the basics of project-based teamwork and hone their personal soft skills (team roles, communication, conflict resolution).
In the Spring School, various aspects of working in a team are examined theoretically, exercises are carried out, a weekly task is worked on and what has been experienced in teamwork is reflected on together. The workshop starts with day (1) Team start, self-image & team phases, team roles, personality, values; day (2) Team roles & communication; day (3) Cooperation & leadership (with mission under time pressure); day (4) Conflict management & decision-making; day (5) Presentation & reflection.
The event takes place in Landshut on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and in Weihenstephan on Wednesday and Friday. A carpool from the Weihenstephan campus to Landshut will be organised for HSWT participants.

The event is a cooperation between HSWT's Startup, Entrepreneurship, Succession Centre (SUN) and Landshut University of Applied Sciences' start-up support. The programme is designed by lecturers and staff from both universities of applied sciences.
The number of participants is limited. The event is free of charge.
