PEAT TALKS

The CARBONIQUE project - Investigating the carbon cycle in Quebeck's wetlands - Peat Talk September 2026 of the Peatland Science Centre

The „Peat Talks - Weihenstephaner Moorgespräche“ are monthly online web seminars organised by the Peatland Science Centre (PSC). Every last Wednesday of the month at 4 pm (subject to exceptions - please note the programme!), a topic from current peatland research is explained in a lecture followed by a discussion. Research results from the PSC, but also from some of the PSC's research partners, are presented. The content will cover a wide range of topics, providing good professional insights into current peatland research in Bavaria and beyond.

Speaker:
Martina Schlaipfer (GEOTOP, Université du Quebec à Montréal)
