Online workshop „Strengthening HSWT staff“

In this interactive workshop, we will look at forms and structures of sexism in the university context. We will reflect on our own experiences, learn about possible courses of action and develop strategies for dealing with sexist situations in everyday life. The workshop is aimed at all staff at the University of applied sciences.

Aims of the workshop

In the workshop, we would like to explicitly address the topic of unpleasant situations and behaviour that violates boundaries at the University of Applied Sciences and show you how you can act confidently, get to know your own boundaries and protect yourself:

• Raising awareness of conscious and unconscious forms of sexism
• Strengthening your own confidence to act
• Promoting a culture of respect and equality

You will also find out where and what support you can get from the HSWT.
