Agri-Food Insights: Topics, trends and transformation | plant-based alternative products

This event is part of the HSWT's contribution to the Public Climate School, the open climate university. The wide range of climate-related offers are free of charge and open to all interested parties - whether pupils, prospective students, city dwellers, students, staff, experts or practitioners: All are welcome.

The announced event is a lecture series, this year on the topic of alternative proteins in nutrition. One of the guest speakers is Markus Keller from the Research Institute for Plant-Based Nutrition. He will give an insight into a purely plant-based diet and its effects on health. In view of the fact that a plant-based diet is usually more climate-friendly, it is relevant to consider the effects on health.
