Invitation to the welcome event to mark the start of the academic year on 5 October 2026
Dear students,
A warm welcome (back) to Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences and to the Master’s programme in Natural Space and Wildlife Management!
To mark the start of the semester, a welcome event will take place on Monday 5 October 2026 at the department of Forestry.
To ensure you are well prepared for the start of your first semester, we would like to use this day to outline the structure of the Master’s programme and provide you with some important information to help you find your feet. This is particularly important if it has been a while since you last studied or if this is your first time studying at HSWT. There will also be plenty of time for your individual questions and to get to know your new fellow students.
Important: All new students will be issued with their Student.Card on the day (please bring your identity card with you!)
To round off the day, you’ll explore the campus together and have lunch in the Canteen.
