The Student.Service is open to all students.

Its responsibilities include:

  • receipt of documents, applications etc.
  • issue of certificates
  • general information in response to enquiries about programmes and courses
  • choice of field of study or of specialism
  • assistance with finding the right persons to contact
  • assistance with problems with registering for examinations.

    *   If this day falls on a Tuesday, the Student.Service is already closed on Monday.

    ** If this day falls on a Thursday, the Student.Service is also closed on Friday.

    In urgent cases, we are of course still available. Please contact the responsible academic affairs staff during the closing times.
