Andreas Gebhart studied "Food Technology" at HSWT. As the son of a butcher, he not only knows the craft but also the problems of the meat industry. He sold the family business and founded his own company focusing on sustainability and animal welfare: Veggie Meat GmbH, which manufactures products using powdered pea protein.
